Welcome to  Zenon Education Center’s website. Zenon Education Centre is a Community Language School in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, operating Friday afternoons.

As a community educational institution our primary aim is to provide the best Greek language education for all students in our area. This aim is clearly emphasized in our Mission Statement which is at the heart of all our efforts, endeavours and achievements.

We believe our academic, creative and social achievements are the result of the close relationship of school, family and tradition. Staff and parents work co-operatively to ensure that all students have the best opportunities and experiences in learning whether in the classroom or through involvement in literary, cultural, intellectual, and social community events. These opportunities are further enhanced through the use of Information and Communication Technology which is integrated in the LOTE Key Learning Areas. The future of Zenon Education Centre is indeed a positive one as we continue to work together with our school community to plan the direction for the coming years. 2010 Victorian School Term Dates

Term 1 - 1 February (students start) to 26 March – teachers begin Term
1 on 27 January

Term 2 - 12 April to 25 June (26 April – ANZAC Day Public Holiday, 11 June – Queens Birthday)

Term 3 - 12 July to 17 September (9 August is an additional one-off student-free day)

Term 4 – 4 October to 17 December
